Girls need to have tools to feel empowered when life knocks them down. Wholehearted Girls is the place that will teach them new habits and there is nothing out there like this. I always hear from parents that they wish this was around when they were younger. I may not change the world but I will be able to impact one beautiful, smart, powerful young lady at a time.
This is a great way to bring together your daughters team or group and work on building techniques as a team, but also work on yourself by using the tools of self-confidence and self-esteem.
We will use creative activities and educational materials to help participants understand the importance of teamwork, goal-setting, and resilience.
All private workshops are customizable and are intended for 12 girls. We are willing to work and customize on a case by case conversation when you have more than 12 girls or less than 12 girls.
